Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr Mgr, RMS Client Portfolio Mgmt located in Wilmington, MA

Manages key client accounts and other client programs that require complex planning and in-depth analysis to ensure that projects meet client expectations and deadlines. Functions as the primary client contact, with guidance from senior scientific staff, for activities related to the planning and execution of client programs. Interacts with clients in order to understand their requirements to disseminate and partner with Business Development, Client Services, Operational Staff, and Quality Assurance Staff. Organizes, collects, prepares and distributes information necessary to ensure operational milestones are met from the development of contracts to final reporting. Recommends and implements study management improvements.

The following are minimum requirements related to the Sr. Mgr, RMS Client Portfolio Mgmt position.

  • Education:  Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S) or equivalent in life sciences or related discipline.  MBA preferred.
  • Experience:  Minimum seven years related experience.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
  • Other:
    • Advanced knowledge of scientific/technical aspects of client projects.
    • Ability to multi-task, excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail required. 
    • Must possess excellent analytical thinking and problem solving skills and be able to prioritize and re-evaluate priorities as situations change. 
    • Working knowledge of computer software (MS Word, MS Excel, SAP, Colony Management Systems).
