Job Description:

  • Take lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner
  • Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
  • Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
  • Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
  • Work closely with Product Management/Business to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
  • Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalitie
  • Be the interface between the business, the customers, and their product related needs on one side, and the Team on the other
  • Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
  • Product Owner requirements and qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
  • Understand business value around feature/functions,
  • Translate business requirement into feature requirement,
  • Collaborate with UX and design team in prototyping for further fine turn requirement
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

Key Skills:

  • Retail Banking Domain knowledge, Good writing skills, Understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodology
