Job Purpose:

Contributes to the overall success of the Software Deployments and Vulnerability Remediation team within Employee IT Services Standards & Solutions, ensuring specific individual goals, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s transformation strategies and objectives.  Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with internal policies and procedures with a focus on Application Compatibility Tracking & Reporting.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization. Liaise with application owners and/or stakeholders for desktop application compatibility roadmaps / targets. Track progress as needed in cases where vulnerability remediation requires desktop application updates to maintain functional compatibility;
  • Monitor IP360 results on daily basis and coordinate with internal teams to deploy patches in UAT and/or Production environments using SCCM;
  • Understand and augment IP360 reporting as required to ensure accuracy;
  • Identify data mining opportunities to facilitate new patching insights utilizing analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, MS Access, or existing IP360 reporting;
  • Develop executive dashboards by utilizing various data visualization tools and techniques;
  • Handle multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and timeliness;
  • Constantly maintain and upgrade technical skills and business knowledge.

  • University degree or technical institute degree / certificate or a related discipline or relevant work experience.
  • Experience in IT support group is preferred
