The SuccessFactors Analyst will be responsible to support, investigate and analyze enhancements to the SuccessFactors Compensation module, troubleshoot system issues, and develop new systems capabilities to support the annual compensation cycle.


This position will work closely with the Compensation team to ensure all business needs are being met and enabled to the fullest extent.  This position will be a subject matter expert on Success Factors Compensation but will also have in depth experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central including business rules, integrations and Intelligent Services.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Solutioning process improvement through technology
  • Examination of release notes, new functionality and recommendations
  • Active in SF online community, actively working with vendor for enhancements and updates Partnering with clients to ensure business needs are being met efficiently
  • Deploying - including change management and partner training - new functionality, enhancements and fixes 



  • Bachelors Degree in Systems, HRIS, or Human Resources 
  • Minimum of 6 years relevant experience
  • Advanced Excel skills, Access, web based tools
  • SuccessFactors configuration experience and Expert certification
