About the role:

The AES Leader will work closely with all functions residing on the site to support the deployment, maintenance and continuing improvement of AES. He/She will act as a coach. This role will be evolved during the pilot phase and updated as more data becomes evident from Best in Class, Standard Work and Problem Solving activities are in place.

Qualifications

- Preferably a degree in Engineering, Operations or Lean Manufacturing or a tertiary qualification and lean manufacturing / operational experience.
- Leadership and coaching skills
- Good communication/presentation skills

- Good analytic skills
