Large Government Agency | ASAP Start | 3‑Month Contract | Full Time | $37.50–$40.36 per hour + Super
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service & Administration Officer to join a large government agency based in the Adelaide CBD. This is a full‑time, 3‑month contract with an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality customer service via phone, email, and face‑to‑face interactions.
- Assist with general administrative duties, including data entry, document processing, and filing.
- Support internal teams with basic coordination tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures.
- Handle enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
About You
- Previous customer service experience (contact centre or front‑line preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous experience in government or large organisations highly regarded (not essential).
