WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Lead the delivery of enterprise data and automation capabilities aligned to strategic priorities
• Develop and manage data platforms including warehouses, lakes, and analytics ecosystems
• Build enterprise dashboards and reporting tools to enable data-driven decision-making
• Champion data governance, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accessibility across systems
• Partner with business stakeholders to deliver analytics and customer insight solutions (CRM, CDP)
• Design, test, and deploy automation workflows and AI use cases that drive process improvement
• Oversee integration of data across ERP, CRM, POS, eCommerce and other enterprise systems
• Drive adoption of modern data practices and self-service analytics across teams
• Support cloud modernization and digital enablement initiatives

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who brings:

• 5-10 years’ experience in a similar data, automation, or solutions role
• Skilled in enterprise data platforms, integration, governance, analytics, and automation
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), middleware, APIs, and integration tools
• Proven problem-solving ability with strong troubleshooting skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to engage technical and non-technical teams
• Clear communicator with strong documentation skills
• Exposure to retail, supply chain, digital or eCommerce environments is highly valued
• Adaptive, collaborative, and motivated to deliver results
• This role is focused on solution design and orchestration
• Advanced prompt engineering/Vibe coding highly regarded
• Understanding of API integration and automation platforms (Middleware, Azure, AWS etc)
• Ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions
