Overview
Sydney, NSW – Building Surveyor to join our team. As a Trainee and/or Graduate Building Surveyor you will support the Council's vision of a prosperous region with a strong commitment to environmental protection and enhancement. You will gain valuable experience providing land advice, development assessment of minor DAs (CCs and CDCs – Graduate position only), and land use management (regulations and compliance).
Responsibilities
- Support land advice activities as part of the Building Surveying team.
- Assist with development assessment of minor development applications (CCs and CDCs – Graduate position only).
- Contribute to land use management with a focus on regulations and compliance.
Qualifications
- Trainee or Graduate Building Surveyor (or related field) seeking to develop skills in local government planning, environmental protection, and compliance.
