The role

Create world-class content for leading global brands

Based in Sydney, you’ll manage some of our most important client relationships and projects across APAC. As a Client Manager, you’ll work on high-impact content programs from briefing through to final delivery – ensuring creative excellence, fast turnarounds and seamless production.

Reporting to our Senior Client Director – APAC, you’ll play an important role within our Sydney team and collaborate closely with our broader global network. You’ll work with leading clients including Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, Kimberly-Clark and P&G, delivering best-practice content built for today’s digital platforms.

What you’ll do

  • Work on large-scale content programs and partnerships, ensuring we deliver impactful work that performs
  • Play a key role in creative and production workflows, including oversight of budgets, timelines and quality to exceed client expectations
  • Guide clients in shortlisting creative responses and selecting the right partners to bring ideas to life
  • Collaborate with our creator network to elevate creative ideas and execution
  • Participate in workshops that bring marketers, creators and media partners together
  • As a key part of our APAC team (which includes Sydney & Singapore), you’ll also collaborate with global colleagues to share insights, surface opportunities and support cross-market success
  • Contribute ideas to improve our platform, tools and processes for clients and creators

What you’ll bring – minimum

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 4+ years’ experience in a marketing, creative or production role within an agency, brand or media environment
  • Solid understanding of social and digital content best practice across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest’

What you’ll bring – preferred

  • Experience within the APAC region
  • Proven ability to deliver results under pressure with a client service mindset
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication and people leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
  • Fluency in English and another APAC region language

A key role within the business, to lead creative projects, manage client relationships, collaborate with media platforms, and contribute to new business development.
