Responsibilities
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a technical operations role managing complex secure environments, with evidence of sound problem solving and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated experience providing application and infrastructure monitoring, including:
- Infrastructure/Azure resource monitoring.
- Configuring alerts and diagnostic settings in monitoring tools and Azure.
- Building dashboards for application and platform monitoring.
- Ability to diagnose and recommend solutions for application performance issues by analysing metrics, logs, and traces.
- Proficiency in managing and analysing application logs for troubleshooting and performance analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in DevOps and automation, including:
- Automate, test, and deploy infrastructure templates with CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Experience in Git branching and pull requests.
- Proficiency in Kusto Query Language (KQL).
- OR Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing: SCOM, OEM, Azure Monitor, AppDynamics, Splunk and ITSI.
- Proven ability to complete documentation to a high standard and communicate effectively with key technical stakeholders and customers.
Desirable criteria
Experience in software development using .Net technologies
