Unique opportunity for a Site Supervisor - Night Shift to join the project team delivering the 55 Pitt Street premium commercial and retail tower in Circular Quay. You will own the delivery of subcontractor trades for all packages of work on the build, ensuring time, cost and quality obligations are met. You will assist the Project Manager in establishing a cohesive project team and contribute in a supportive, productive manner.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the delivery of subcontractor trade requirements on all packages of work relating to the build.
- Ensure works are completed within time, cost and quality obligations.
- Assist the Project Manager in establishing and guiding a cohesive and focused project team.
Qualifications
- Trade background and relevant qualification.
- Experience in a similar role on high-rise commercial building projects, ideally within a Tier 1 main contractor or developer environment.
- High-end commercial lobby and fit-out packages experience strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience with safety requirements and supporting crews with safety processes.
