Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing 5 - 6 Food Stores, with relevant qualifications and skills. Onshore Candidates with Visa 462 and Visa 485 in Australia are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across 5-6 food outlet stores, ensuring compliance with brand standards.

Lead and develop store managers and teams to achieve sales goals and enhance customer experiences.

Implement effective strategies for inventory management and profitability.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and support to staff.

Foster a positive and customer-focused environment across all locations.

Qualifications

At least 3 years proven experience as an Area Manager or in a similar managerial role within the food retail industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Relevant qualifications in retail management, hospitality, or business administration.

Must currently reside in Australia.
