Base pay range

A$150,000.00/yr - A$190,000.00/yr

Recruitment Consultant - Dynamics 365 (D365) FinOps AX NAV GP CRM ERP

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven, highly skilled, and experienced Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant to join this dynamic D365 consultancy services team. Experience in Project Operations would be desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the onsite engagement team and client stakeholders to gather requirements, define expectations, and finalize deliverables.
  • Ensure high-quality project deliverables and demonstrate expertise in system and functional testing.
  • Exhibit strong consulting skills, including analytical problem-solving, effective communication, and teamwork.
  • Support the gathering and documentation of functional requirements, including gap/fit analyses.
  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of solution documentation.
  • Deliver end-user training to clients and colleagues.
  • Provide on-site support during project delivery and go-live phases.
  • Occasionally assist with responses to RFPs and RFQs.
  • Identify practice development opportunities and contribute to their implementation.
  • Complete mandatory training and internal processes within the required timeframes.
  • Stay updated on the product roadmap and upcoming Dynamics 365 F&O releases.
  • Adhere to security policies and guidelines at all times.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
  • Expertise in Finance, Project Operations, or Human Resources.
  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in consulting or full-cycle ERP implementations.
  • Proficiency in ERP implementation methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of LCS (Lifecycle Services) and Azure DevOps.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Superior written and spoken English language skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities.
  • Resilient and adaptable in dynamic environments.
  • A proactive team player who can also work independently.
