Duties
- Integrate Salesforce with other applications and collaboration tools.
- Undertake work in Lightning UI, Communities, Knowledge, Reporting and Dashboards.
- Undertake work with Source Control tools (e.g. Bitbucket, GitHub) from a Salesforce context.
- Support work with Atlassian Jira, Bitbucket, Illuminated Cloud, Jenkins, and Agile development tool sets.
Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years experience in Salesforce Development, including Configuration and Customization, in particular: Community Cloud/Experience Cloud / LWC (Lightning Web Component) framework development / Apex Development / CICD and Solution Design
- Following three Salesforce certifications: Administrator, App Builder, Platform Developer 1 certs
- Ability to establish a collaborative working culture and environment within the project team, with external delivery teams and stakeholders.
- Experience building rapport and maintaining stakeholder relationships, communicating confidently, and presenting messages in a clear, concise, and articulate manner to senior stakeholders.
- Experience working on complex delivery of business requirements in a Salesforce environment, in addition to experience working with UX and Design teams.
- Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
- Platform Developer 2 certification and advanced administrator certification; experience working on complex delivery of business requirements in a Salesforce environment, in addition to experience working with UX and Design teams.
- Experience in Vlocity Integration procedures, Integrations using APIs and Auth Providers
- Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Health Cloud
