We’re looking for a Relief Building Manager to provide support to sites across Sydney. This isn’t your typical Relief role; we look for experienced managers who can provide exemplary service whilst other Building Managers are on leave.
Your role:
- Conduct thorough inspections of common areas, setting the bar high for safety and compliance standards.
- Crafting detailed reports and highlighting case developments, turning data into stories that drive decision-making
- Supervise service providers with a keen eye, guaranteeing excellence in every job.
- Offer sage advice at committee meetings
- Report to the Area Manager on opportunities for improvement at each site you visit
