About the Role

You’ll embark on your journey as an FDM Consultant, gaining up to 6 weeks of hands-on coaching in our Skills Lab where our experts will help you develop the skills for career success. Then, you’ll continue learning alongside peers in a practice-based environment to become job-ready and confident for your first client project.

About you

• You hold a university degree (bachelor or higher)
• Able to commit to our full 2.5-year graduate program
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Eligibility to work in Australia (citizen or permanent resident)
• Relocation may be required for client projects, primarily in Sydney and Melbourne. FDM offers a relocation package and connects you with other consultants for support.

Our consultants attend the office for client assignments. Most roles offer a hybrid arrangement, with 3-5 days in the office, depending on the client.
