Job Description
We are open to discussions with Speech Pathologists across Western Sydney of all experience levels who enjoy the flexibility of working in the community.

Responsibilities include:
- Manage an allocated caseload and deliver therapeutic services efficiently
- Provide speech pathology services within schools, homes, and the community
- Use clinical observations and standardised assessments to develop individualized treatment goals
- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve participants' quality of life
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Mentor graduates and early career clinicians (for senior roles)
- Stay informed of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance
Qualifications
To be considered suitable, you will have:
- Current certified membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills for managing a varied caseload
- A proactive attitude motivated by growth and learning
- A desire to work in a fun, collaborative, and supportive environment
- A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
