We are a national NDIS provider delivering Allied Health support across over 300 locations in Australia, serving thousands of community participants with Occupational & Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology, and Physiotherapy services.

Job Description

We are open to discussions with Speech Pathologists across Western Sydney of all experience levels who enjoy the flexibility of working in the community.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage an allocated caseload and deliver therapeutic services efficiently
  • Provide speech pathology services within schools, homes, and the community
  • Use clinical observations and standardised assessments to develop individualized treatment goals
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to improve participants' quality of life
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Mentor graduates and early career clinicians (for senior roles)
  • Stay informed of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance

Qualifications

To be considered suitable, you will have:

  • Current certified membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills for managing a varied caseload
  • A proactive attitude motivated by growth and learning
  • A desire to work in a fun, collaborative, and supportive environment
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
