Team Lead - Data Intelligence - Data Platform at Culture Amp

Join Culture Amp’s Data Platform Team to help shape the future of work. You will oversee the internal data platform that integrates data from our products and external sources, empowering analysts and data scientists to unlock insights and deliver actionable outcomes for leaders and millions of employees.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of Culture Amp’s data platform, including data lake, data warehouse, data modeling, orchestration, and governance frameworks.
  • Clearly communicate technical solutions with your team, peers, and other stakeholders.
  • Mentor and develop a team of engineers, fostering growth into future technical leaders.
  • Ensure timely and efficient project delivery within Agile, cross-functional, and remote-friendly teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of data engineering and data platform architecture, including data lake and data warehouse, data modeling, and security/compliance.
  • Experience with the AWS data stack including Redshift, MSK, and Glue.
  • Knowledge of data stack components such as dbt and Airflow.
  • Experience managing stakeholders and leading engineers, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
