Customer Success Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator role involves providing overall project support, including monitoring project plans, ensuring deadlines are met, updating risks and issues, producing reports and briefing packs, managing logistical requirements, and providing administrative support to the Project Manager.

Job Requirements

• Assisting and supporting the Project Manager in their daily duties.
• Ensuring relevant management information is captured and analyzed.
• Assigning tasks and holding weekly Project Check-In meetings to track progress.
• Working with the team to remove blockers.
• Controlling schedule; scheduling projects and allocating resources.
• Tracking, analyzing, and communicating project risks and opportunities.
• Overseeing procurement and communicating issues to the procurement manager, including raising Sales Orders via ERP.
• Coordinating projects from inception to completion.
• Developing training and briefing materials for staff.
• Maintaining close contact with key project members and decision-makers.
• Tracking and reporting project progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Updating documentation and the project plan.
• Updating data security procedures.
• Supporting the Project Manager with customer surveys, project reconciliation, and weekly billings.

• Basic relationship management, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to remain focused during periods of timeline pressure.
