Dean of Students

The Dean of Students oversees all areas of the University's student life division known as the Student Success Office. The Dean of Students has direct oversight of residential life, housing, disability services as well as the Office of Student Success professional staff.  The Dean maintains Title IX certification and is responsible for assembling and maintaining the University's Title IX team, Sexual Assault Response Team (SART), as well as the Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT).  This position serves as an advocate for student concerns and issues with the Provost/Vice President of Academic Affairs. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: Masters' degree in Student Personnel, Student Development, Counseling, Education, or related field required; doctorate preferred.  Eight to ten years minimum experience in student affairs, housing, or judicial affairs preferably at a private, liberal arts institution.
