Overview

Workflow & Systems Analyst (Residential Construction) at Sherridon Homes. Location: Derrimut, VIC. Full-time. We are looking for someone from the residential construction industry who loves systems and wants to be part of our IT team, becoming a super user of our ERP system (BusinessCraft) and understanding how its use cascades through workflows.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Becoming a super user of our ERP system (BusinessCraft) – setup, configuration, testing and ongoing maintenance.
  • Support end-users with queries and troubleshoot issues.
  • Understand how process changes impact end-to-end workflows and guide teams accordingly.
  • Assist in training sessions, onboarding new users, and preparing guides/documentation.
  • Work with stakeholders across the business – Estimating, Drafting, Construction, Operations – to ensure systems support outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement and help maximise the value of our tools.

What You'll Bring

  • A background in residential construction (essential) – e.g., Estimating, Operations, Drafting, or Site Management.
  • Strong computer literacy with a love for systems, processes, and problem-solving.
  • A sharp eye for detail and a structured approach to challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to talk “construction” and “systems” fluently.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple departments.

Experience That Helps

  • Prior exposure to ERP systems (BusinessCraft highly regarded, but not essential – training provided).
  • 3+ years in construction-related roles.
  • Familiarity with workflows around estimating, drafting, construction, or customer service.
