What you’ll do
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from discovery through to close
- Partner with our inside sales team (currently producing 20+ warm appointments per month) while also building your own network
- Sell managed services contracts to SMB and mid-market clients (20–250 seats)
- Work directly with the Founder, gaining visibility and influence in shaping our growth
What we’re looking for
- Proven success closing MRR-based MSP deals
- Strong consultative selling skills, able to uncover client pain points and sell ROI
- A team-first, values-driven mindset
- Competitive salary $125K–$150K base + uncapped commissions
- 75–100% first-month MRR commissions
- Quarterly profit share (avg. 6–7 weeks’ salary)
- Hybrid model: 3 days in-office at Norwest, 2 WFH
- Open-book management with visibility into company performance
