Job Specification
In this permanent full-time role, you\'ll lead a dedicated pharmacy team providing specialised oncology, clinical trial, and compounding services. This is a rewarding alternative to Community Pharmacy where you\'ll work closely with Oncologists, Nurses, and Allied Health professionals to support the delivery of life-saving therapies. Whether you\'re an experienced clinical pharmacist or transitioning from community pharmacy, full training and mentorship are available.
- Overseeing day-to-day pharmacy operations and team performance.
- Providing clinical oversight and ensuring safe, effective medication management.
- Supporting and mentoring a team of Pharmacists and Technicians.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Contributing to clinical trials and sterile compounding services.
- Driving continuous improvement in service delivery and team capability.
Skills Required
To thrive in this role, you\'ll need:
- General AHPRA general registration as a Pharmacist.
- At least 5 years of experience in an Australian pharmacy setting, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and executive teams.
- A proactive, growth-oriented approach.
Desirable but not essential:
- Experience in Oncology, Clinical Trials, Compounding, or Hospital Pharmacy.
Salary & Benefits
