Job title - Experienced Speech Pathologist
Location - Mile End
Employment Type - Full time (Part time would also be considered)
Salary - $86,029 - $106,558 includes annual leave loading & superannuation + vehicle options + mobile + laptop

Responsibilities
- Provide life-changing speech pathology services to NDIS participants in diverse settings including homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres
- Use evidence-based measurement tools to assess needs, create therapy plans, and support participants to achieve goals and maximize NDIS funding
- Work within an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals
- Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends)
- Attend weekly team meetings in the Hub to share impact and collaborate with the team
- Receive support from a Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor
Who We Are Looking For (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology
- SPA Registration
- Positive and flexible approach to work
- Strong communication skills and a team player
- Commitment to personal and professional development
- Valid driver's license
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Working with Children's Check
- Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred but not essential
