Overview

Job title - Experienced Speech Pathologist
Location - Mile End
Employment Type - Full time (Part time would also be considered)
Salary - $86,029 - $106,558 includes annual leave loading & superannuation + vehicle options + mobile + laptop

Responsibilities

  • Provide life-changing speech pathology services to NDIS participants in diverse settings including homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres
  • Use evidence-based measurement tools to assess needs, create therapy plans, and support participants to achieve goals and maximize NDIS funding
  • Work within an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals
  • Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends)
  • Attend weekly team meetings in the Hub to share impact and collaborate with the team
  • Receive support from a Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor

Who We Are Looking For (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology
  • SPA Registration
  • Positive and flexible approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and a team player
  • Commitment to personal and professional development
  • Valid driver's license
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Working with Children's Check
  • Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred but not essential
