Role
As a Solutions & Implementations Specialist, you will be a go-to expert for our Agent Solutions product suite — helping our sales teams articulate value, sell more, and retain our Real Estate Agency customers across an assigned region. You will support product demos to help clients get maximum value from our tech solutions and embed Domain as an essential partner to client business functions. This role offers autonomy, cross-functional collaboration, and clear career progression opportunities (e.g., Product, Sales Management).
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Agency Sales Teams to create and deliver sales pitches that articulate value and provide technical expertise throughout the sales journey.
- Provide product demos and training webinars to explain benefits and ensure solutions are well-integrated into clients’ businesses.
- Facilitate the sharing of client feedback to Sales, Marketing and Product teams to identify opportunities for product improvements.
- Support conversations at contract renewal to retain valuable clients and maximize value from the solutions.
- Attend sales meetings and corporate roadshows; provide market insights on conditions, competitor activity, barriers and opportunities.
- Expand knowledge to become an industry expert within Real Estate tech solutions.
Our Ideal Person
ESSENTIALS
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited university or college.
- Strong account management experience.
- Sales background in or with the Real Estate industry.
- Experience with new business development.
- Comfortable being client-facing and presenting in sales meetings.
- Familiarity with CRM system functions.
- Valid Australian driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (car allowance provided).
NICE TO HAVES
- Tech / SaaS industry experience.
- Technical and/or training experience with SaaS platforms.
