Role Responsibilities
- Hands on cleaning including heavy lifting and use of industrial equipment
- Supervisory skills, including managing staff and ensuring work standards are met
- Strong Communication and consultation skills
- Proficiency in inspection and audit procedures
- Intermediate computer skills including the use of company systems and reporting packages
- Knowledge of Quality, Environment and WHS systems including safe work practices and environmental management
- Experience with hazard identification and risk assessment processes
- Knowledge on rostering, scheduling, and the industry Award requirements
