Nurse Next Door is a certified Great Places to Work. We are looking to build our care team with experienced Registered and Enrolled Nurses who can work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
We are a premium home care service provider enabling people to live fulfilling lives at home for as long as possible, regardless of age or ability. We offer flexible in-home nursing care options, from 24/7 care to one-hour visits for wound care or diabetes management.

Job Requirements
About The Role
Our goal is to make lives better and happier. We support the ageing and disabled community to live fulfilling lives at home, providing around-the-clock care with scheduled visits in the early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide genuine, compassionate, and personalized care experiences
- Follow the care plan developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
- Ensure safety and proper use of equipment
- Accurately complete records and documentation
- Conduct nursing assessments
Skills & Experience
- Community nursing experience is advantageous
- Experience with subacute and disability care
- Ability to report client care concerns
- Skills in redirecting or de-escalating behaviors
- Experience in diabetes management
- Dementia experience is advantageous
- Leadership experience is advantageous

Mandatory Requirements

- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
