What you\'ll be doing?
- Strata Administration: Manage all aspects of strata administration, including preparing and distributing meeting documents, maintaining accurate records, and processing financial transactions.
- Legislative Compliance: Ensure familiarity with the Strata Titles Act 1985 and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and insurer requirements.
- Financial Management: Handle levy issuance, monitor arrears, and process trust account transactions to maintain financial stability for strata properties.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise effectively with owners, tenants, contractors, and committee members to address strata matters promptly and professionally.
- Operational Support: Coordinate maintenance requests, prepare budgets and reports, and monitor contractor performance to ensure smooth operations.
- Meeting Management: Assist with Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs), including minute-taking and logistics coordination.
- Insurance Handling: Manage insurance renewals and claims processes to protect strata properties and their residents.
