About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Senior Java Developer with a passion for designing and architecting cutting-edge solutions for one of our clients. We need someone that can thrive in a fast-paced environment, solving complex problems, and driving technical excellence.

In this role, you will take the lead in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and high-performing software solutions. You will be a key player in the entire development lifecycle, from architecture and design through to deployment and support.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Leading the design and development of high-quality Java-based applications.
  2. Providing technical expertise across architecture, solution design, and system integrations.
  3. Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code with best practices in mind.
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, Product, and QA, to deliver high-impact solutions.
  5. Conducting code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
  6. Identifying and implementing improvements to system performance, scalability, and security.
  7. Keeping up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in Java development and software architecture.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. 8+ years of hands-on Java development experience, with expertise in Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
  2. Strong background in solution design, system architecture, and microservices.
  3. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  4. Proficiency in RESTful APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  5. Solid understanding of database design, SQL, and NoSQL technologies.
  6. Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
  8. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a remote-first environment.
