ACC is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee our end-to-end procurement function, driving stock management, supplier performance, and cost-effective purchasing strategies that support our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management
- Lead and manage the Procurement & Stores team
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies for direct and indirect materials.
- Ensure compliance, quality assurance, and operational excellence.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support animal welfare, environmental, and safety standards
Personal Attributes & Values
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to mentor and develop team members.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to respectfully challenge processes and ideas.
- Service-driven with a ‘customer first’ attitude.
Experience & Qualifications
- 3–5 years in a similar procurement role, ideally in FMCG or related industries.
- Experience with systems like JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle Cloud, or Protrace.
- Strong self-management, customer focus, and prioritisation skills.
- Relevant industry certifications are advantageous
