Nousu is a specialist B2B outbound sales agency helping SaaS, finance, tech, and professional services businesses scale faster through targeted, multi-channel outreach. We work as an extension of our clients’ sales teams, booking highly qualified meetings through cold email, LinkedIn, and phone campaigns backed by deep research and proven systems.

The Role

We’re looking for a driven, results-focused BDM to join our growing Sydney team. You’ll be at the front line of our clients’ growth, generating qualified opportunities through strategic outreach. This is a hybrid role – 3 days per week in our Sydney office, 2 days WFH – giving you the balance of collaboration and flexibility.

What You’ll Do

  • Research, identify, and target ideal prospects for our clients using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and other data sources
  • Execute personalised outreach via cold email, LinkedIn messaging, and phone calls
  • Qualify prospects against client Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and booking criteria
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads across multiple industries
  • Track and report on activity, meetings booked, and conversion metrics
  • Collaborate with account managers to refine outreach strategies and messaging
  • Represent our clients’ brands professionally in all communications

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach platforms (experience with Instantly or Apollo is a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple client campaigns at once without dropping quality
  • Professional, confident phone manner and a natural ability to build rapport
