We’re looking for a passionate Sessional Trainer to deliver short, job-ready training in construction, including the Construction White Card. If you’ve worked in the industry and love helping others learn, this is your chance to make a difference.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver White Card training to prepare students for safe work in the construction industry
- Run engaging, hands-on short courses that get jobseekers work-ready
- Assess learner competency and provide constructive feedback
What You’ll Bring
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122, TAE40116, or TAE40110 with required upgrades)
- Recent experience in construction or trades, and CPCWHS1001 White Card
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage learners from diverse backgrounds
- A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check, NDIS Worker Orientation Module and Working with Children’s Check, or willingness to obtain
