About the role
As a Rehabilitation Consultant at Nabenet, you will assist injured claimants to return to work on a safe and sustainable basis. You will provide holistic support to restore an individual\'s highest level of functional performance and achieve a successful return to work. You will work in a fast-paced environment aligned with our values of quality, customer service, outcomes, and teamwork. Your main duties will include:
- Delivering case management and coordinating rehabilitation services
- Conducting worksite assessments and identifying potential return-to-work pathways in line with recovery milestones
- Using problem-solving, clinical experience, and injury-management knowledge to assess and facilitate return to work
- Liaising with stakeholders including insurance companies, medical practitioners, employers, and employees
- Developing personalised rehabilitation plans that support a whole-of-person approach
- Developing quality early intervention strategies
- Presenting case information to stakeholders and providing credible recommendations to drive outcomes
Requirements
- A tertiary qualification and current registration with the appropriate body in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Osteopathy, Exercise Physiology, Nursing, or Rehabilitation Counselling
- Full Australian working rights
- Current driver\'s license and access to a car
