About you

You’re someone who thrives on hunting new business, understands solution-based selling, and loves working in a fast-moving, tech-enabled environment. Our team is collaborative, curious, and commercially minded and we’re looking for someone who shares the same mindset.

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in business development or account executive roles
  • Strong SaaS / B2B sales background, ideally selling tech or complex solutions
  • Familiarity with hospitality, F&B, venues, or similar industries is a plus
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • CRM-savvy and detail-oriented in managing sales cycles
  • Comfortable leading face-to-face and virtual product demos

Key Responsibilities

You will engage with potential clients across the hospitality industry including pubs, clubs and restaurants, showcasing the value of our solutions;

  • Prospecting and Relationship Development: Leverage your proactive and determined approach to identify and engage with potential clients. Secure meetings and present our value proposition effectively to chefs, managements and owners, leveraging your strong customer-facing and presentation skills
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and maintain strategic sales plans designed to exceed targets. Manage inbound and drive outbound sales for all CTB AND CO. products including: Cooking the Books, Drinking the Profits and more
  • Client Engagement: Conduct technology demonstrations and discovery sessions to thoroughly understand client needs. Use your ability to manage and forecast sales opportunities to guide clients through the sales process from initiation to close.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of the sales cycle in our CRM system.
  • Industry Events: Attend expos and industry events
  • Travel: Meet clients, attend industry events, and participate in team meetings
