Key Responsibilities
- Project Support: Assist Senior Engineers in planning, designing, and executing engineering projects.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyse data to support engineering decisions and project outcomes.
- Technical Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure our engineering solutions are cutting-edge.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings.
- Problem Solving: Identify and solve engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate of a tertiary degree in Electrical Engineering, or Diploma in Drafting
- Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia
- Previous student vacation/internship experience ideally in a consulting environment
- Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality or customer service industries
- Strong desire to learn and grow professionally
- Innovative thinker and problem-solver
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to build rapport and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
