The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the daily operations of the company, focusing on settlement/remittance operations for FX and equities to ensure the timely and accurate execution of client instructions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operations such as settlements and execution, collaborating with internal teams (Onboarding, Risk, Customer Service, Marketing)
• Perform daily client/exchange/broker trade and position reconciliation, and prepare daily funding requirements
• Support clients from various regions to keep their trades & accounts accurate and up-to-date
• Review and suggest improvements to operations and procedures

Qualifications:

• Experience in operations, settlements, or corporate actions within financial services
• Educational background in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
• Knowledge of ASIC and AUSTRAC regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to develop successful partnerships and business strategies
