Overview
Store Manager | BONDS Outlet | Birkenhead Point at Hanes Brands Australasia. This is a full-time role at 38 hours/week.
Responsibilities
- Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help the team achieve budgets and KPIs.
- Succession planning for your team to enable progression to next opportunities.
- Executing Visual Merchandising in-store and using discretion to make commercial decisions.
- Understanding stock management processes and prioritising tasks.
- Coaching and providing on-the-spot feedback to your team.
- Analyzing reports to make commercial decisions that drive the business.
Requirements
- Experience in retail management or store leadership with coaching capability.
- Strong focus on customer experience, merchandising, stock control, and budget/KPI delivery.
