About the Role

As a Monitoring Centre Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our security operations, ensuring efficient alarm response and exceptional customer service. Working with a high-performing team, you’ll play a critical role in safeguarding homes, businesses, and government assets across the country.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in a Security & Control Room or Call Centre environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Tech-savvy, with strong computer literacy and typing skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

What’s Required:

  • A current NSW Security 1E License (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Availability for rostered shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Experience with Patriot Monitoring software (highly regarded but not essential)
