Are you an enthusiastic Training Specialist with a passion for content development and training delivery? We are seeking a hands-on training professional to support a large-scale technology implementation project.
About the Role
As a Training Officer, you will play a key role in developing and delivering training for an ERP/CRM system implementation. You will collaborate with project teams and subject matter experts to assess training needs, develop effective learning materials, and ensure smooth knowledge transfer.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Program Development
- Design and align training programs for ERP/CRM systems using the ADDIE framework.
- Develop engaging, up-to-date training content that aligns with best practices.
- Conduct training needs assessments and create targeted learning solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth knowledge transfer.
- Act as the central point of contact for training and support.
- Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions across various formats (e-learning, virtual, blended).
- Lead training sessions to empower internal teams.
- Monitor training outcomes, evaluate effectiveness, and refine programs as needed.
- Support system change and transformation initiatives, ensuring accessibility of training materials.
Key Requirements
Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment (mandatory)
Experience designing and delivering training for large-scale technology projects (ERP/CRM preferred)
Strong content development skills, including experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Camtasia
Background in learning & development, system implementations, or transformation projects
Experience with TechOne or similar systems (advantageous but not mandatory)
