The Role
As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EN), you will play an important role in delivering safe, competent, and person-centred clinical care to our residents. Working closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will promote health, comfort, and wellbeing while building meaningful connections with residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in resident admissions and ongoing assessments to ensure individual care needs are met
- Maintain accurate, detailed documentation that reflects the care provided
- Complete ACFI assessments and contribute to funding optimisation
- Assist in implementing and reviewing personalised care plans
- Administer medications and maintain strict compliance with ordering, storage, and documentation procedures
- Support the delivery of high-quality care in line with AHPRA standards and organisational policies
What You Will Bring
- Current AHPRA registration as an EN
- Ideally 2+ years post-graduate experience, preferably in aged care
- Knowledge of aged care standards, ACFI, and accreditation requirements
- Strong clinical, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current NDIS check (or willingness to obtain)
- Commitment to compassionate, resident-focused care
