The Role
As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EN), you will play an important role in delivering safe, competent, and person-centred clinical care to our residents. Working closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will promote health, comfort, and wellbeing while building meaningful connections with residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in resident admissions and ongoing assessments to ensure individual care needs are met
  • Maintain accurate, detailed documentation that reflects the care provided
  • Complete ACFI assessments and contribute to funding optimisation
  • Assist in implementing and reviewing personalised care plans
  • Administer medications and maintain strict compliance with ordering, storage, and documentation procedures
  • Support the delivery of high-quality care in line with AHPRA standards and organisational policies

What You Will Bring

  • Current AHPRA registration as an EN
  • Ideally 2+ years post-graduate experience, preferably in aged care
  • Knowledge of aged care standards, ACFI, and accreditation requirements
  • Strong clinical, documentation, and teamwork skills
  • Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current NDIS check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Commitment to compassionate, resident-focused care
