Responsibilities
- Lead the store back-of-house functions, guiding coaches to deliver all logistical requirements and ensure the selling and service team has a full range of product on offer to sell.
- Drive performance excellence and develop the team to focus on efficiency and win the right way.
- Collaborate with the Head Coach to efficiently run Back of House, enabling all team members to work at their best through training and development, facility management, store communications, rostering and payroll.
- Coordinate, support, and lead a diverse team, ensuring an excellent work atmosphere through recruitment, development, and performance management.
- Implement processes and tools to achieve sales and inventory metrics, execute inbound stock planning, loss prevention, and stock management.
- Support the Head Coach in implementing NIKE’s strategy in the store, focusing on Back of House priorities.
- Provide leadership to the Logistics team, ensuring that they meet performance expectations.
- Ensure compliance with NIKE standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members across stores in Australia and NZ and headquarters in Melbourne.
