Recruitment Consultant at Pinpoint Talent
We are seeking an experienced Network Support Officer to support mission-critical Defence IT systems, working within deployed and secure environments on a large scale ICT modernisation program.
Sydney based
Contract length: 12 months, potential extension. NV2 Security Clearance required.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialist network support to mission-critical ICT systems.
- Diagnose and resolve complex network issues promptly.
- Work within degraded environments (DDIL) to maintain system functionality.
- Support the design, build, and deployment of complex network solutions.
- Support the maintenance, patching, and upgrading of systems in line with Defence requirements.
- Develop workarounds and contingency plans for adverse conditions.
- Produce and maintain SOPs, build guides, and technical artefacts.
- Manage digital certificates and ensure compliance with Defence ICT protocols.
Skills & Experience
- NV2 Security Clearance required.
- Experience in a Network Support position.
- Experience working in Defence.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
