Position: Demand Manager – for one of our largest clients in WA, initial 3 month contract. The client seeks to implement a robust yet fit-for-purpose Demand Management capability, as well as establishing Business Analysis depth that bridges demand management and project delivery from triage of an idea through to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Establish governance and workflows for demand management.
- Define intake, classification, evaluation, and escalation processes.
- Implement capability in ServiceNow for tracking and reporting.
- Build relationships with stakeholders across supported client Assets.
- Train the technology and business teams on the new process.
What will make you a good fit for the role?
- Strong experience in demand management, business analysis, or process design
- Proven ability to develop governance frameworks and workflows
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to support multiple initiatives and drive process adoption
