Overview

Due to business growth, we are looking for our next superstar to join our successful Melbourne New Employment Services team as a Rehabilitation Consultant on a Full Time basis (Part Time considered for the right candidate).
Responsibilities
- Provide vocational counselling and assessment services to assist with job placement and return to work, predominantly within WorkCover (experience in TAC, ComCare and Life Insurance schemes highly regarded).
- Complete Vocational Assessments, Capacity Support Services, Health Coaching and Treater Case Conferences.
- Manage a caseload proactively and achieve outstanding results for customers and clients.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and manage stakeholder expectations with a personable, proactive approach.
Qualifications
- Qualifications in an appropriate Allied Health field, such as Rehabilitation Counselling, Occupational Therapy; Psychology, Exercise Physiology, etc.
- Full Professional Registration with AHPRA, ASORC, ESSA or other suitable Allied Health governing body is mandatory.
- Experience in Occupational/Vocational Rehabilitation is highly regarded.
- Ability to proactively manage a caseload and achieve outstanding results; passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the health benefits of work.
- Ability to grow services and build strong relationships with key customers.
- Current driver’s license and motor vehicle.
