Retail Operations Supervisor
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Operations Supervisor to support the Retail Operations team in delivering operational excellence across our Australia and New Zealand stores. Reporting to the Country Head and working closely with Store Managers, Area Managers and cross-functional partners, you will play a key role in ensuring our stores operate efficiently, consistently and in line with POP MART’s global standards.
Responsibilities
- Support the rollout and execution of retail operations policies, procedures and SOPs
- Drive operational consistency across stores through audits, reporting and on-the-ground support
- Coordinate operational aspects of new store openings, retail projects and seasonal campaigns
- Partner with Marketing, HR, Merchandise and Finance to address day-to-day retail needs
- Monitor operational KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Assist with training store teams on processes, compliance and loss prevention practices
- Oversee loss prevention strategies e.g. stocktake preparation and support compliance in cash handling and security protocols
Required Skills
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Passionate about customer experience and retail excellence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (experience with retail systems a plus)
- Experience supporting new store rollouts or retail projects
