Overview

(B2B) Regional Sales Manager (NSW/QLD/ACT) – Based in Rhodes. Reporting directly to the Head of B2B, you will lead a high-performing team of 6 Business Development Managers across NSW, ACT and QLD, driving strategic growth and delivering results in the B2B channel.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire and mentor your team to exceed individual and regional sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic regional sales plans aligned with national objectives.
  • Use KPIs and sales data to monitor team performance and drive accountability.
  • Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers to close high-value deals.
  • Review and refine territory plans to maximise pipeline and opportunity.
  • Ensure ongoing training, development, and safety of your team.
  • Oversee the effective use of sales tools and assets in the field.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of proven field sales leadership experience in B2B environments, with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Sharp commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams.
