About the Role
As Senior Territory Manager, you will grow Baidam’s enterprise and government business in NSW, reporting to the National Sales Director. This role is new to the team and reflects our growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business by proactively identifying, targeting, and developing opportunities with large enterprise and government clients.
- Build and execute strategic business development and territory plans, focusing on growing your presence and pipeline with key logos and high-value clients.
- Lead complex, multi-solution sales cycles—including security, cloud, network, and modern workplace solutions—crafting tailored solutions from Baidam’s service portfolio.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with presales, marketing, delivery, and leadership to convert insight into value for clients.
- Develop strong, trusted-advisor relationships with customer and vendor stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
- Manage and contribute to tender responses and submissions, with precision and professionalism.
- Leverage industry insights and market data to inform customer solutions and refine your sales strategy.
- Articulate the Baidam Solutions value proposition, demonstrating both commercial and social impact.
- Maintain, qualify, and accurately forecast sales pipeline in Salesforce.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets through a process-driven, structured approach.
About You
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience selling to enterprise and/or government clients in NSW with a successful record in cyber security and complex IT solution sales.
- Proven new business “hunter”—skilled at opening doors, building trust, and closing in competitive markets.
- Proven track record in Cyber Security Sales, hitting and exceeding targets
- Structured, process-driven approach to pipeline, territory management, and deal execution.
- Strong commercial acumen, curiosity, urgency, and outcome focus.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship skills, with the confidence to engage at C-level.
- Professionalism, integrity, and ability to work independently as a self-starter.
- Understanding of and experience with vendor partnerships and channel ecosystems.
- Experience in managing and responding to complex tenders and proposals in the public sector.
