Please note this is a casual Night Duty role; please only apply if you can commit to Night Duty shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care within an aged care facility in alignment with care plans
- Listen to residents, understand their individual needs and treat them with kindness and compassion
- Follow directives per care plans and maintain high standards of resident wellbeing
Qualifications
- Nursing Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is essential
- Clinical nursing practice experience in an aged care facility
- High level of customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow directives as per care plan
- Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role
