We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Speech Pathologist to join our team. Our graduate program offers a comprehensive onboarding experience, ongoing support, and a dedicated buddy to help you settle in.

Your role as a Speech Pathology Grad

  • Help children achieve their development milestones, such as communicating their wants and needs
  • Educate and involve parents, carers, and others around the child to support communication and language development
  • Support children to speak with clear and correct pronunciation
  • Treat stuttering and articulation disorders to speak fluently and confidently
  • Address literacy, reading, and writing difficulties, in conjunction with teachers and schools
  • Teach children the skills to manage a wide range of food and drinks safely

You Will Also Have

  • A degree in Speech Pathology
  • Eligibility for SPA registration upon graduating
  • Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025
  • A full valid driver's license, with access to your own vehicle with third-party insurance
  • A valid Working with Children Check, or be willing to obtain
  • A clear current Police Check, or be willing to obtain
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or be willing to obtain
  • First Aid and CPR certification, or be willing to obtain
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, and attention to detail
