Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Maintain efficient workflow management
- Ensure client work is completed within time allocation and job budgets
- Prepare various work papers
- Prepare client reports including financial statements, management letters, and reports of findings
- Contribute at team meetings
- Achieve personal budgeted production targets
- Ensure retention of clients through service excellence and client focus
- Maintain high professional standards and personal integrity
- Monitor and review aged WIP
- Consult with Managers and Partners on progression of jobs
About You
The company is looking for:
- Recent tertiary degree graduate in Accounting, Commerce, Business, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident professional manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven time management skills
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Looking toward obtaining CA/CPA qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office software packages
- Permanent Resident status in Australia required
